Sand and Finish (Solid Hardwood Floors only)

Carpet
- Standard installation including both stretch-in and glue-down applications

- Stair installation for most carpet types including standard and spiral/curved staircases
- Subfloor preparation, leveling float, tac strip and pad installation pending site application
- Tear out, haul away, and disposal of damaged or old carpet, pad, and tac strip
- Carpet re-stretches, door-tucks, pad replacement, and other general repair work available pending project conditions
Tile and Natural Stone
- Standard floor installation for all tile sizes and types including ceramic, porcelain, decorative, and natural stone
- Standard wall installation, including backsplashes, for all tile sizes and types including ceramic, porcelain, decorative, and natural stone
- Patterned installation for all tile sizes and types including straight, offset/staggered, diagonal, herringbone, chevron, Versailles, borders, and wood lay (random)
- Exterior patio and outdoor tile installation
- Subfloor preparation, cement backerboard, and waterproofing installation available pending site application
- Trim installation including Schluter, bullnose, liners, and coved tiles
- Custom shower installations including mud pans, niches, seats, patterns, and shelves
